1. Submit the Brief

Tell us the required shape, carat range, color, clarity, dimensions, fluorescence, quantity, budget, destination and deadline.

2. Requirement Review

We review the brief and identify which criteria are essential and where flexibility may improve availability.

3. Sourcing Response

A complete request can receive an initial sourcing response within 24 hours.

4. Option Review

Relevant options include specifications, measurements, GIA grading-report information and available visual media.

5. Verification

Every diamond sold is accompanied by a GIA grading report. Report details can be verified through GIA’s official Report Check service.

6. Commercial Approval

The buyer reviews the selected diamond or parcel together with the price, payment terms, availability and delivery details. No substitution is made without approval when the exact diamond is material to the transaction.

7. Insured Delivery

Approved orders can be shipped through insured worldwide delivery, subject to destination, carrier and transaction requirements.
