PARCELS
Natural Diamond Parcels
Parcels of natural diamonds for jewelry manufacturers and production lines, from 0.30 carats per stone, sourced to a defined size range, quantity and quality spread.
What Is a Diamond Parcel?
A parcel is a group of diamonds traded together, usually within a defined size range and quality spread. Parcels are the practical way to supply production: eternity bands, tennis bracelets, line bracelets and repeated designs all require many stones that behave consistently when set side by side. Our parcels cover stones from 0.30 carats per stone and above.
Kether Diamonds sources natural diamond parcels for manufacturers and jewelry businesses, starting from a clear production brief.
What to Include in Your Brief
- Shape and size range per stone (from 0.30 ct), in carats or millimetres
- Total quantity of stones or total carat weight
- Color range and clarity range
- Cut and make requirements
- Fluorescence tolerance
- Whether stones must be calibrated to exact millimetre sizes
- Intended use, for example eternity band, tennis bracelet or line bracelet
- Budget, destination and required date
Calibration and Consistency
For production, calibration is usually more important than weight. A tennis bracelet or eternity band needs stones of the same diameter within a tight tolerance so that they sit evenly in the setting. We recommend specifying the millimetre size and the acceptable tolerance rather than only a carat range per stone.
Consistency of color and brilliance across the parcel is equally important. A parcel that mixes several color grades or makes may look uneven once set. State the acceptable spread clearly, and we will source within it.
Parcels and Individual Stones Together
Many projects combine a parcel for the side stones with an individual center stone. Both can be sourced within one request, so the center stone and the accents are selected to complement each other.
GIA Grading Reports
Every diamond sold by Kether Diamonds is accompanied by a GIA grading report. The report records GIA’s grading observations for the submitted stone, including carat weight, color, clarity and, for round brilliants, cut grade, together with measurements, polish, symmetry and fluorescence. Buyers can verify the report details through GIA’s official Report Check service before approving a purchase.
